Share this experience with your group. Step 2: Each group member should think of the best team you have been a part of. Identify behaviors that made the team successful. Share this experience with the group. Step 3 Each team should create a team charter. If you don’t know what one consists of, Google it. Define what outcomes result in a good group experience and what outcomes make for a bad group experience. Each team member should identify at least one group norm and/or behavior that will enable a successful group. Document those norms. We will discuss self-regulating teams in a couple of weeks. One aspect of a self-regulating team that they handle bad behavior within the group. Discuss how your group will address a group member that chooses not to follow the expected norms. Group outcomes are below. Create a PowerPoint that: • Documents the Norms your group decided on. • Explains the process that your group will use to deal with a non-participating group member. • Lists the components for your team charter.
